Rise targets primarily single and multi-family properties, but also has experience in both planning, packaging, and executing development projects. We buy everything from abandoned foreclosures to turnkey rentals and everything in between; as long as the numbers make sense, we’ll consider it!

As investors, we are very cognizant of how important deal underwriting is and as such we analyze every wholesale deal through the same lens as if we were investing in the deal ourselves. You won’t find the bland “Asking, Rehab, ARV” with little to no additional details – We provide as is, post-rehab, and rental comps, proformas, links to pictures and videos and everything else that we would want to see when starting the initial diligence on an opportunity.
